Cozonac turban
Pentru că nu există masă de Paște fara ….cozonac…vă invit alaturi de mine, să cozonacinam împreună un alt cozonac delicios ! Cozonacul turban ,așa cum îl numesc eu , este aromat și delicios…tocmai bun de savurat alături de cei dragi !
Să prezentăm ingredientele și modul de preparare:
Ingredientele pentru aluat
- 100 ml lapte
- 2 LG zahăr
- 20 g drojdie proaspătă
- 100 g zahăr
- 70 g unt topit
- 3 ouă
- 500 g făină
- vanilie
- coajă rasă de la o lămâie
Pentru umplutură
- 50 g stafide
- 3 LG unt de migdale
- 100 g unt moale
- fulgi de migdale
Dizolvăm drojdia și cele 2 linguri de zahar în laptele călduț și lăsăm deoparte.
Într-un bol adăugăm ouăle întregi,zaharul ,vanilia . Omogenizam totul și adăugăm laptele cu drojdia,coajă de lămâie și făina. Frământăm aluatul adăugând treptat untul topit.
Lăsăm aluatul la dospit până își dublează volumul.
Apoi împărțim aluatul in jumătate , urmând să întindem o foaie dreptunghiulara, potrivit de subțire din fiecare .
Pe una din foi o vom unge cu untul de migdale, presărăm fulgii de migdale și o rulăm asemeni unui sul,iar pe cealaltă o ungem cu untul moale și o presărăm cu stafidele hidratate in prealabil și așezăm la o margine ruloul anterior urmând apoi sa rulăm împreună. Ruloul obținut îl vom tăia în jumătate pe lungime dar nu până la capăt. Vom rula înspre exterior dandu-i forma unui turban .
Îl așezăm în formă și îl lăsăm la dospit aproximativ 30 min. Ungem apoi cu ou bătut și presărăm fulgi de migdale. Coacem la cuptorul încins la 180 de grade până este rumen auriu.
