Stroganoff de porc

O reteta foarte gustoasa pe care merita sa o incercati in anotimpul rece sau de ce nu oricand aveti pofta de ceva satios si gustos !

Pe cat de laborios ii suna numele , pe atat de simplu si la indemana de preparat…va invit sa incercam impreuna si cu siguranta gustul bogat va va cucerii !

Sa prezentam ingredientele si modul de preparare…

  • 700 g carne porc special feliata pt. stroganoff sau pulpa de porc
  • 2 linguri faina de orez sau de grau
  • 2 linguri sos worcester
  • 500 ml supa de legume sau pui
  • o ceapa
  • 1 borcan de ciuperci marinate (cca.400 g)
  • 100 g unt
  • 200 ml smantana  32% grasime
  • 2 linguri mustar cu boabe
  • 1 lingura mustar clasic
  • 2-3 linguri pasta de tomate
  • 1 lingura boia dulce
  • sare si piper

Mai intai pregatim carnea si o trecem prin faina , apoi intr-o tigaie incapatoare si neaderenta adaugam untul si putin ulei de masline si incalzim tigaia .

Adaugam carnea in tigaie si o rumenim usor , dupa care punem si ceapa marunt tocata , sosul worcester si gatim impreuna . Apoi adaugam ciupercile scurse si supa . Lasam pe foc pana ce carnea este facuta .

Dupa care adugam smantana , pasta de tomate , mustarul si boiaua asezonam cu sare si piper si mai lasam sa se gatesca 10 min. La final adaugam patrunjel prospat tocat si putem servi alaturi de orice garnitura dorim .

    În fiecare zi mă surprinzi plăcut.Am să încerc și eu această rețetă ca multe din cele postate.

    I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure of your site?
    Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.

    Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures.
    Maybe you could space it out better?
